Basil chicken with mushroom and bell peppers (ၾကက္ပင္စိမ္း၊ မွိဳ၊ ငရုုတ္ပြေၾကာ္)

Minced chicken breast meat                                      300 gm

ငရုုတ္ပြအနီ/ အ၀ါ                                             တစ္ျခမ္းစီ       (Dice ေသးေသးတံုုးထားပါ)

Diced bell peppers, Red and yellow                  half each

 

ငရုုတ္သီးအနီ                                                  ၄ ေတာင့္       (စဥ္းထားပါ)

Chopped fresh red chili                                  4 nos

 

ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ                                                   ၃ တက္         (စဥ္းထားပါ)

Chopped garlic                                              3 cloves

 

ေနၾကာဆီ                (စားပြဲဇြန္း)                         ၁ ဇြန္း

Sunflower oil                                                1 tbs

 

သၾကား                   (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)              တစ္၀က္

Sugar                                                           half tsp

 

ပဲငံျပာရည္အၾကည္     (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)              ၁ ဇြန္း

light soy sauce                                               1 tsp

 

ခရုုဆီ                     (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)              ၁ ဇြန္း

Oyater sauce                                                 1 tsp

 

ငံျပာရည္                 (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)              ၁ ဇြန္း

Fish sauce                                                     1 tsp

 

ပင္စိမ္း                                                          ၁၀ ရြက္

Hot basil leaf                                                 10

 

ဆလတ္ရြက္အေရာင္စံုု                                       အလွဆင္ရန္

Lettuce                                                         for garnish

 

အရင္ဆံုုးဆီအနည္းငယ္ပူေအာင္တည္ျပီး မီးနည္းနည္းျဖင့္ငရုုတ္သီးႏွင့္ ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴမ်ားဆီသတ္ပါ  အနံေမႊးလာလ်င္ ၾကက္သားမ်ားထည့္ေမႊေပးပါ။

Heat the oil in fry pan over medium fire and sauté chili and garlic. When brown and fragrant add chicken.

 

 ၾကက္ၾကိတ္သားျဖစ္တာေၾကာင့္ အလံုုးလိုုက္ျဖစ္မသြားေအာင္ေယာက္မနဲ႔ထိုုးေျခေပးပါ။

Use ladle to make chicken pieces and stir fry.

 

 

လွီးထားေသာပန္းငရုုတ္ပြမ်ားထည့္ေမႊေၾကာ္ေပးပါ၊ သၾကား၊ ခရုုဆီ၊ ပဲငံျပာရည္အၾကည္၊ မွိဳမ်ားထည့္ျပီးေမႊေၾကာ္ပါ။

Stir in bell peppers, mushroom and add sugar, oyster sauce, light soy.

 

ေရေႏြးအနည္းငယ္ထည့္ျပီး ၂မိနစ္ခန္႔တည္ထားအရသာျပင္ဆင္ျပီးေနာက္ဆံုုးမွပင္စိမ္းရြက္မ်ားခပ္ေပးျပီး

ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ခ်င္းအဆံုုးသတ္ႏိုုင္ပါျပီ။

Add some warm water and stir for a minute. Finally add basil leaves.

 

ၾကက္သားပင္စိမ္းေၾကာ္ကိုု ပန္းကန္၀ိုုင္းတစ္ခုုအလယ္မွပံုုထည့္ျပီး ေဘးမွ ဆလတ္ရြက္အေရာင္စံုုစံုုနဲ႔လွပေအာင္ျပင္ဆင္ျပီးတည္ခင္းႏိုုင္ပါတယ္။
