Braised Pork Tenderloin with Pickle Tea Leaves (၀က္သားခ်ဥ္စပ္လက္ဖက္ႏွပ္)

၁။ ၀က္လိုုင္းသားမ်ားကိုု ခက္ရင္းျဖင့္ဖြဖြေနရာအႏွံ႔ဆြထိုုးေပးျပီးဟင္းခပ္မွဳန္႔ႏွင့္ႏွံ႔စပ္ေအာင္ဆုုပ္နယ္ျပီး ၁၀ မိနစ္ခန္႔ႏွပ္ထားေပးပါ။

၂။မကပ္ေသာဒယ္အိုုးမွာနယ္ထားေသာအသားမ်ားကိုုအထက္ေအာက္ႏွစ္ဘက္စလံုုးဆီသတ္ေပးျပီးေရအသားတံုုးမ်ားႏွင့္အညီထည့္ျပီးမီးေပ်ာ့ေပ်ာ့ႏွင့္အဖံုုးအုုပ္တည္ပါ။

၃။ဟင္းအိုုးတစ္ေရခန္းခါနီးအသားမွအဆီမ်ားထြက္လာလ်င္ခဏေမႊေပးျပီးလက္ဖက္အသားမ်ားႏွင့္ေရအနည္းငယ္ထပ္ထည့္ျပီးပထမနည္းအတိုုင္းတည္ေပးထားပါ။

To make it more healthier I will change some ingredients. 

Myanmar traditional dish buy twist with innovative presentation for those who like to serve the visitors with different way. Simply braised cooking, condiments with cherry tomatoes and mint leaves. 

 

Ingredients

 

Pork tenderloin Steak size cut 300gm 

Hot and sour pickle tea leave 3 tsp

Garlic Salt 0.5 tsp

Cherry Tomato Desired amount

Mint leave Desired amount

Olive oil 1 tsp

 

Cooking Instruction

 

Use the fork to make some hole to marinate with garlic salt and set side for 10 minutes.

Sear the both side of meat in non-stick pen with hot oil. After that add water to level the meat and close the lid, braise.

When the oil is popping up. Add the pickle and some more water and follow as previous method. 

Finish cooking when the gravy is thick.
