Char grilled Chicken Wrap

1-person serving

 Ingredients

  • 1 Slice pita bread or tortillas
  • 2 Teaspoons oil
  • 250g Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp  Chunky salsa
  • ½  Avocado, sliced
  • Lettuce, shredded

 Directions

  1. Heat a heavy frying pan or griddle until hot. Brush oil over the chicken. Cook for 4-5 minutes each side until well cooked.
  2. Spread chunky salsa generously over the warmed tortillas or pita bread. Top with shredded lettuce. Thinly slice chicken breast. Place on the tortillas or pita bread.
  3. Wrap. Cut diagonally to serve. Serve immediately.
