Devil Prawn (မိစာၧပုုဇြန္)

ပုုဇြန္  (၁လက္မခြဲအရြယ္၊ အခြံခြာ အျမီးခ်န္ ေခ်းေၾကာင္းထုုတ္ သန္႔စင္ထားပါ)          ၁၅ သား

Prawn  (remove the shells and clean)                                                     250 gm

 

ဆား    (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)                                                                       တစ္၀က္

Salt                                                                                                    Half tsp

 

သၾကား     (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)                                                                  ၃ ပံုု ၁ ပံုု

Sugar                                                                                                  one third tsp

 

နႏြင္းမွဳန္႔                                                                                              အနည္းငယ္

Turmeric powder                                                                                 some 

 

သံလြင္ဆီ                 (စားပြဲဇြန္း)                                                               ၂ ဇြန္း          

Olive oil                                                                                               2 tbs

 

ၾကက္သြန္နီ (ျခမ္းထားပါ)                                                                          ၁ ဥ

Half cut onion                                                                                      1 Nos

 

ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ (စဥ္းထားပါ)                                                                         ၄ တက္

Chopped Garlic                                                                                    4 cloves

 

ငံျပာရည္        (စားပြဲဇြန္း)                                                                         ၁ ဇြန္း

Fish sauce                                                                                           1 tbs

 

ငရုုတ္သီးစိမ္း (အညွာမေျခြဘဲ ထက္ျခမ္းခြဲထားပါ)                                             ၅ ေတာင့္

Red fresh chili                                                                                     5 nos

 

ပင္စိမ္းရြက္     (ႏုုေသာအဖ်ားပိုုင္း)                                                              ၃ ပင္

Burmese basil tips                                                                                3 springs

 

 

ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ပံုုအဆင့္ဆင့္ 

၁။ ပထမဦးစြာ သန္႔စင္ျပီးပုုဇြန္မ်ားကိုု ဆား သၾကား နႏြင္းမွဳန္႔ တိုု႔ႏွင့္ ႏွံ႔စပ္ေအာင္နယ္ထားပါ။

Marinate the prawns with salt, sugar, turmeric powder and chili powder.

 

၂။ ဆီအိုုးကိုုအပူေပးျပီး ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ နီမ်ားေျခာက္လာေအာင္ဆီသတ္ပါ။

Heat the pan with some oil and sauté the onion and garlic until dry.

 

၃။ အရသာနယ္ထားေသာ ပုုဇြန္မ်ားထည့္ေမႊေၾကာ္ေပးပါ။

Add the marinated prawn and stir-fry.

 

၅။ ငံျပာရည္ထည့္ျပီး ဟင္းအိုုးေျခာက္ ေနလ်င္ေရေႏြးအနည္းငယ္ထည့္ပါ။

Splash the fish sauce. If the pan is too dry, apply some warm water.

 

၆။ ထက္ျခမ္းခြဲထားေသာငရုုတ္သီးစိမ္းမ်ားထည့္ေမႊပါ။

Add fresh chili.

 

၇။ ေနာက္ဆံုုးမွ ပင္စိမ္းရြက္အုုပ္ေပးျပီး ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ျခင္းအဆံုုးသတ္ပါ။

Finish with the basil.
