Fried Flat Rice Noodle with Shrimp & Fish Cake (ဆန္ေခါက္ဆြဲၿပားႏွင့္ ပုစြန္စိပ္၊ ငါးအသားၿပားေၾကာ္)

၁ ။ ပုစြန္စိပ္ ကို သန္ ့စင္ၿပီး ငါးအသားၿပား ႏွင့္ ကိုက္လန္ရြက္ တို ့ကို ပါးပါးလွီးထားပါ။

၂ ။ ဆန္ေခါက္ဆြဲၿပား ကို ၾကက္သြန္ၿဖဴ ၊ ပဲငံၿပာရည္အခ်ိဳ တို ့ႏွင့္ ေၿပာင္းဖူးဆီ တြင္ ၁ မိနစ္ ခန္ ့ေၾကာ္ထားပါ။

၃ ။ ပုစြန္စိပ္ ႏွင့္ ငါးအသားၿပား ကို ၾကက္သြန္ၿဖဴ ၊ ငရုပ္သိီးအႏွစ္ ၊ ပဲငံၿပာရည္အငံ ၊ ပဲငံၿပာရည္အခ်ိဳ ၊ ခရုဆီ တို ့ႏွင့္ ၁ မိနစ္ခန္ ့ ေၾကာ္ေပးၿပီး ၾကက္ၿပဳတ္ရည္ ကိုထည့္ေၾကာ္ေပးပါ။

၄ ။ ပုစြန္စိပ္ က်က္လွ်င္ အသင့္ၿပင္ဆင္ထားေသာ ကိုက္လန္ရြက္ ႏွင့္ ဆန္ေခါက္ဆြဲၿပား ထည့္ေၾကာ္ေပးၿပီး ၾကက္သားမွဳန္ ့၊ ငရုပ္ေကာင္းမွဳန္ ့တို ့ႏွင့္ အရသာထိမ္းညွိေပးရၽြ္ ပဲပင္ေပါက္ ၊ ႏွမ္းဆီေမႊး တို ့အုပ္ၿပီး တည္ခင္းပါ။

 

Ingredients.

  • Flat Rice Noodle                           80  g
  • Shrimps                                     50  g
  • Fish Cake                                    1  number
  • Egg                                           1  number
  • Samba Chili Paste                         1  tbsp
  • Kai-Lan Leave                             a little
  • Chopped Garlic                            1  tbsp
  • Light Soya Sauce                          ½  tsp
  • Dark Soya Sauce                          ½  tsp
  • Oyster Sauce                               1  tbsp
  • Chicken Seasoning Powder               ½  tsp
  • Bean Sprout                                a little
  • Corn Oil                                      3  tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper                   a little
  • Chicken Stock                              50  ml
  • Sesame Oil                                  a little

Cooking Directions.

  1. Clean the Shrimp and sliced the Fish Cake, Kai-Lan Leaves and put aside.
  2. Sauté the Flat Rice Noodle with Chopped Garlic, Dark Soya Sauce in some Corn Oil for 1 minute and put aside.
  3. Sauté the Shrimp and sliced Fish Cake with Chopped Garlic, Samba Chili Paste, Light Soya Sauce, Dark Soya Sauce, Oyster Sauce for 1 minute and add some Chicken Stock.

When Shrimp get tender put Kai-Lan and sauté Flat Rice Noodle and mix well then seasoning with Chicken Seasoning Powder, Crushed Black Pepper and finishing with some Bean Sprout and Sesame Oil to serve.
