Fried Prawn & Chinese Sausage with Scramble Egg (ပုဇြန္ဝက္အူေခ်ာင္းျကက္ဥေျကာ္)

ျကက္ဥမွာ ပရိုတင္းပါဝင္မႈမ်ားသလိုသံဓာတ္ပါဝင္မႈလည္းမ်ားပါတယ္။ဒီဟင္းေလးကေတာ့ အရသာရွိျပီးက်န္းမာေရးအတြက္အေထာက္အပံ့ၿဖစ္ေစတဲ့ဟင္းေလးပါ။လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ႏွစ္အမ်ားျကီးကတည္းက က်ြန္ေတာ့္ ရဲ႕ အလုပ္ရွင္ကေလးေတြကို ခ်က္ေက်ြးျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ကေလးေတြအျမဲျကိုက္ခဲ့တဲ့ recipe ေလးပါပ။ဲ

ပါ၀င္ပစ ၥည္းမ်ား

  • ေျပာင္းဖုူမူန္႔                               1 လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း
  • တရုပ္ဆန္အရက္                        1 လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း
  • ငရုပ္ေကာင္းမူန္႔အျဖဴ                    ½ လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း
  • တရုပ္ႏွမ္းဆီေမႊး                          1 လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း
  • ျကက္သြန္နီ                              40 gmႏုတ္ႏုတ္စင္းပါ
  • ဆား salt                                  1 လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း
  • ဆီ                                          3 စားပြဲစားဇြန္း

ပုဇြန္ကိုတရုပ္ဆန္အရက္,တရုပ္ႏွမ္းဆီေမႊး,ေျပာင္ဖူးမႈန္႔,ငရုပ္ေကာင္း

မႈန္႔ အနည္းငယ္ႏွင့္ ဆားအနည္းငယ္ထည့္ျပီး ၁၅ မိနစ္ခန့္နပ္ထားပါ။ျပီးရင္ ဆီ ၁ ၁/၂ စားပြဲစားဇြန္းကို ဒယ္အိုးထဲထည့္ျပီးအပူေပးပါ။ ဆီပူသည္ႏွင့္ ဝက္အူေခ်ာင္းထည့္ေျကာ္ျပီးဆယ္ထားပါ။ ဒယ္အိုးထဲမွာ က်န္တဲ့ဆီႏွင့္ ပုဇြန္ကို မီးအရွိန္ျပင္းျပင္းျဖင့္ ေျကာ္ပါ။ ပုဇြန္ပန္းႏုေရာင္သန္းလာလ်ွင္ဆယ္ျပီးထားပါ။

ဒယ္အိုးကို ေဆးျပီး မီးဖိုေပၚတင္ပါ။ ျပီးရင္ ဆီ စားပြဲစားဇြန္း၁ ၁/၂ ခန့္ထည့္ျပီး အပူေပးပါ။ ဆီပူသည္ႏွင့္ ႏုတ္ႏုတ္စင္းထားတဲ့ ျကက္သြန္နီထည့္ျပီး ေျကာ္ပါ။ ျပီးလ်ွင္ ျကက္ဥထည့္ျပီးေမႊပါ။ ျပီးရင္ အဆင္သင့္ေျကာ္ထားတဲ့ ဝက္အူေခ်ာင္းနဲ့ပုဇြန္ထည့္ေမႊပါ။မိနစ္ ဝက္ေလာက္ဆိုရင္ အဆင္သင့္ျဖစ္ပါျပီ။ ထမင္းျဖဴ ႏွင့္တြဲစားပါ။

Kids Lunch Box Week -Fried Prawn & Chinese Sausage with Scramble Egg

Eggs have a high amount of protein also high in iron. Here’s a very tasty and healthy recipe. I use to cook for my boss’s kids many yeas ago. Kids love it and they ask for more.

Ingredients

  • Prawns                                          200 gm
  • Chinese sausage                             100 gm
  • Egg                                               3
  • Corn starch                                   1 tea spoon
  • Chinese rice wine                           1 tea spoon
  • White pepper powder                    ½ tea spoon
  • Sesame oil                                    1 tea spoon
  • Onion                                           40 gm Chopped finely
  • Salt                                             1 tea spoon
  • Cooking oil                                   3 table spoon

Marinate prawns with chinese rice wine, sesame oil,corn starch,a dash of salt & pepper  for 15 minutes.Heat 1 ½ tbs of cooking oil on high heat.And fry the chinese sausage for a few minutes and dish out and set aside but keep the remaining oil in pan.Heat the remaining oil on high heat and sauté the prawns until pink,transfer to the bowl and set aside.

Clean the pan,and add 1 ½ tbs of cooking oil add sauté the chopped onion until soft.And add egg and stir .Add chinese sausage and prawns back and cook for  ½ minute.Serve with white rice.
