Grilled Salmon with Salad

Grilled salmon rubbed with spicy mix blend of chili powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper. It can served with mixed vegetable salad. It is very easy to cook


  • 200 g salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking Method:

  1. Combine the chili powder, cumin, paprika powder, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the spices with salmon to completely coat.
  3. Heat a large pan, add olive oil.
  4. When hot, grill the salmon for 5 minutes for both side. For well done fish, cook more 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove to plate and serve with vegetable salad.
