Ingredients:

  • 50 g Prosciutto Ham, thinly sliced
  • 50 g Spicy Mortadella Ham, thinly sliced
  • 50 g Chicken Roll, thinly sliced
  • 50 g Pepperoni Salami, thinly sliced
  • 80 g Chilled Raw Salmon, thinly sliced
  • 80 g Chilled Raw Saba, thinly sliced
  • 3 slices Fresh Tomato, sliced
  • ½ number Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 3 numbers Fresh Blue Berries
  • 2 numbers Fresh Cherries
  • 1 number Fresh Strawberry
  • 3 numbers Pitted Black Olive
  • 50 g Celery, thinly sliced
  • 50 g White Shimeji Mushroom, blenching and chilled
  • 50 g Brown Shimeji Mushroom, blenching and chilled
  • 50 g Broccoli, blenching and chilled
  • 50 g Asparagus, blenching and chilled
  • 50 g Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 50 g Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 50 g Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 numbers Pitted Black Pepper
  • 5 numbers Cocktail Onion
  • 80 g Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Cooking Directions

  1. 1. Blenching the Broccoli, Asparagus, White Shimeji Mushroom, Brown Shimeji Mushroom , then chilled.
  2. 2. Peeled the Avocado and sliced, and also peeled and sliced the Celery.
  3. 3. Sliced some Green, Yellow & Red Bell Pepper, and also sliced some Tomato.
  4. 4. Prosciutto Ham, Spicy Mortedella Ham, Chicken Roll , Pepperoni Salimi, Raw Salmon & Raw Saba to place nicely on the plate with all chilled Vegetables & Fresh Fruits , serve with shredded Parmesan Cheese and a pinch of Crushed Black Pepper.
