Lentil and Garden Vegetable Curry (ပဲနီေလးဟင္းသီးဟင္းရြက္စံုုဟင္းရည္)

ေနၾကာဆီ      (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)    ၁ ဇြန္း

Sunflower oil                              1 tsp

 

ၾကက္သြန္နီ (စဥ္းျပီး)                      ၁ လံုုး

Chopped onion                           1 nos

 

ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ(စဥ္းျပီး)                      ၃ တက္

Chopped garlic                           3 cloves

 

ငရုုတ္ပြေတာင့္အနီ (စဥ္းျပီး)             ၁ ေတာင့္

Chopped red pepper                   1 nos

 

နႏြင္းမွဳန္႔        (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)    ၄ ပံု ၁ ပံု

Turmeric powder                        one fourth tsp

 

ပဲနီေလး   (ျပဳတ္ထားပါ)                  ၃၀၀ ဂရမ္ (ပဲျပဳတ္ရည္ခ်န္ထားပါ)

Boiled red lentil                          300 gm   (keep the water)

 

မံုလာဥနီ  (ေလးစိတ္စိပ္ျပီးပါးပါးလွီးပါ) ၁ ၀က္

Sliced quartered carrot                half

 

ဖရံုုသခြား (ေလးစိတ္စိပ္ျပီးပါးပါးလွီးပါ) ၁ လံုုး

Sliced quartered zucchini             1 nos

 

ဇီယာ   (ေလွာ္ျပီးေထာင္းထားပါ)        ၁၀ ေစ့

Roasted and crushed cumin seed                     10 nos

 

ဆား    (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)              တစ္၀က္

Salt                                           half tsp

 

ငရုုတ္ေကာင္း  (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)    ေလးပံုတစ္ပံု

Black pepper                              one fourth tsp

 

နံနံပင္ (စဥ္းျပီး၊ စားပြဲဇြန္း)                          ၂ ဇြန္း

Chopped coriander                               2 tsp

 

 

ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ပံုု

 

၁။ ဆီအိုုးကိုုအပူေပးျပီး ၾကက္သြန္နီ ႏွင့္ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴမ်ားကို နႏြင္းမွဳန္႔ျဖင့္မီးအလယ္အလတ္ထားျပီးဆီ

သတ္ပါ။ စဥ္းျပီးသားငရုုတ္ပြမ်ားထည့္ပါ။

Heat oil in stock pan and sauté onion and garlic along with turmeric powder over medium fire. Add in the chopped pepper.

 

၂။ ျပဳတ္ျပီးသား ပဲမ်ားနွင့္ မံုုလာဥနီမ်ားထည့္ ေနာက္ ေထာင္းျပီးသားဇီယာမ်ားေမႊေပးပါ။ ပဲျပဳတ္ရည္ထည့္ေပးျပီးေမႊပါ။ လွီးထားေသာဖရံုုသခြားမ်ားထည့္ျပီးဆူသည္အထိတည္ထားပါ။

Add lentils, carrot and cumin. Pour in lentil water and zucchini. Bring to boil.

 

၃။ဆားငရုုတ္ေကာင္းတိုု႔ထည့္ အရသာျမည္းျပီး စဥ္းျပီးသားနံနံပင္မ်ားထည့္ေမႊျပီးလ်င္ ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ျခင္းအဆံုုးသတ္ႏိုုင္ပါျပီ။
