  • 50 g Spicy Mortadella Ham
  • 50 g Chicken Roll
  • 50 g Prosciutto Ham, backed until Crispy
  • 1 number Egg, Fried
  • 200 g Brie Cheese, sliced
  • 1 number Tomato, sliced and chilled
  • ¼ number Cucumber, sliced and chilled
  • 50 g Green Oak Lettuce, clean and chilled
  • 50 g Carrot, Julian and chilled
  • 50 g Green Bell Pepper, Julian and chilled
  • 50 g Red Bell Pepper, Julian and chilled
  • 50 g Yellow Bell Pepper, Julian and chilled
  • 3 numbers Pitted Black Olive
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper , crushed
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 8 g Unsalted Butter

Cooking Directions:

  1. Fried One Egg and backed Prosciutto Ham until get Crispy.
  2. Sliced some Tomato and Cucumber and Julian the Carrot, Red , Yellow and Green Bell Pepper and chilled.
  3. To make Salad Dressing, whisk the Dijon Mustard, Lime Juice, Cider Vinegar, Chopped Garlic, Salt & Crushed Black Pepper until smooth and add the Olive Oil slowly to get texture and aroma.
  4. Spread the Multiseed Brown Bread with Unsalted Butter & Mayonnaise ,then put Spicy Mortadella Ham, Chicken Roll , Fried Egg and sliced Brie Cheese , Lettuce and backed until cheese become melt.
  5. When the Multiseed Club Sandwich get ready then cut into Half and put on top with crispy backed Prosciutto Ham and serve with Mixed Salad.
