Mushroom with Water Spanish and Pound Fish Spicy Stir-Fried (မႈိကန္ဇြန္း နွင္႕ ငါးဖယ္ အစပ္ေၾကာ္)

ပါ၀င္ပစၥည္းမ်ား (Ingredients)

ငါးဖယ္                            ၅ က်ပ္သား

Pound Fish                     80 g

ကန္စြန္း                           ၁ စီး (၄ လက္မေလာက္ျဖတ္ထားပါ)

Water Spanish                 1 Bunch (cut 4 inches long)

မိူ                                  ၂ က်ပ္ခဲြသား (၄ စိတ္စိတ္ထားပါ)

Mushroom                      40 g (cut quarter)

ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ                     ၃ တက္( တစ္ျပားရုိက္ထားပါ)

Garlic                             3 cloves (crush)

ငရုတ္သီးစိမ္း                     ၅ ေတာင္႕ (ထက္ျခမ္း ျခမ္းထားပါ)

Fresh chili                       5 no (cut in half)

သံလြင္ဆီ                         ၁ ဇြန္း စားပဲြ ဇြန္း

Olive Oil                         1 tbsp

နႏြင္းမႈန္႕                           အနည္းငယ္

Turmeric powder             dash

ခ်ယ္ရီခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီး               ၇ လံုး (ထက္ျခမ္းျခမ္း)

Cherry tomato                 7 no (cut halft)

မက္ခါသီးေျခာက္                အနည္းငယ္

Hua Jiao                         a few

ခ်င္း                               ၁ ဇြန္း လက္ဖက္ဇြန္း

Ginger                           1 tsp

ဆား                               ၁/၂ ဇြန္း လက္ဖက္ဇြန္း

Salt                               ½ tsp

 

ျပဳလုပ္နညး္ (Method)

၁။ ငရုတ္ဆံုထဲ ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ၊ ခ်င္း၊ မက္ခါသီး မ်ား ညက္ေအာင္ ထည္႕ေထာင္းပါ။

1.In Mortar and pestle pound garlic, ginger and hua jiao until crush well.

၂။ ဒယ္အိုးထဲ ဆီထည္႕ၿပီး အပူေပးပါ။ ဆီပူလာလ်င္ နႏြင္းမႈန္႕ နွင္႕ ေထာင္းထားေသာ ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴမ်ား ထည္႕ၿပီး ဆီသတ္ပါ။ ၾကက္သြန္ ျဖဴ အနံေမႊးၿပီး ေပ်ာ႕လာလ်င္ ငါးဖယ္ မ်ားထည္႕ၿပီး ေၾကာ္ပါ။ အေရာင္လွလာလ်င္ ကန္စြန္းရြက္ကို အရင္ထည္႕ပါ။ ေမႊေပးပါ ကန္းစြန္း အနည္းငယ္ႏြမ္းလာလ်င္ မိႈထည္႕ၿပီး က်န္ပါ၀င္ ပစၥည္းမ်ား ထည္႕ၿပီး အသီးအရြက္မ်ား အနည္း ငယ္ ႏြန္း တည္႕ အထိပဲထားပါ။ မီးဖိုေပၚမွ မခ်ခင္ ဆားျမည္းပါ လိုတာထပ္ျဖည္႕နိုင္ပါသည္။

2.In a wok add oil and heat. Add turmeric powder and pound garlic and sauté. When fragrant add pound fish and fried until color right. Add in water Spanish and stir well. When water Spanish welt add mushroom and the rest of ingredients in and cook until all vegetable are soft. Taste before takeoff from the heat and add whatever needed.
