မကပ္တဲ့ဒယ္အိုးတစ္လံုးကို မီးဖိုေပၚတင္ျပီးအပူေပးပါ။ ျပီး ရင္  ပုဇြန္,တုန္ယမ္းအႏွစ္,ေ၇,သျကားထည့္ျပီးေမႊေပးပါ။ ၅ မိနစ္ျကာရင္နံနံပင္ထည့္ေမႊျပီးရင္အဆင္သင့္ျဖစ္ပါျပီ။ ထမင္းျဖဴ ႏွင့္တြဲျပီးသံုးေဆာင္ပါ။

5 min Meals Week- Prawn with Tom Yam Paste.

Ingredient

  • Prawns                                                      450 gm
  • Instant Tom Yam Paste                                1 ½ table spoon
  • Sugar                                                         1 tea spoon
  • Coriander leaves                                          2 springs
  • Water                                                         3 table spoon

Heat a nonstic pan. Add prawns, instrant tom yam paste, water and sugar .Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves and serve with white rice.
