Smoked Tuna with Mixed Salads

  • 160 g Smoked Tuna , pan grill and chill to serve
  • 100 g Cherry Tomato , clean and cut into half
  • 100 g Cucumber, clean and sliced
  • 5 no Black Pitted Olive
  • 5 no Green Pitted Olive.
  • 1 no Green Chili, seeded and cut Julian
  • 1 clove Shallot, peeled and cut into rings
  • 5 clove Garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 50 g Coriander, clean and chopped
  • 50 g Green Peas, sauté with Olive Oil and Garlic, then chilled
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 50 g Green Oak Salad, wash and clean
  • 50 g Red Oak Salad, wash and clean
  • ½` no Lime
  • ½` tsp Salt
  • ½` tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Pan- grilled the Smoked Tuna with Olive Oil for 3 minutes and chilled
  2. Make the Garlic & Coriander Dressing with chopped Garlic, chopped Coriander, Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Lime juice and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to mix well
  3. Sauté the Green Peas with chopped Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt & Crushed Black Pepper to taste.
  4. Cherry Tomato, sliced Cucumber, Black & Green pitted Olive, Green Chili Julian, Shallot Rings, sauté Green Peas all on top of Green & Red Oak Salad and served with Garlic & Coriander Dressing
  5. Garnishing with some grated Parmesan Cheese on top
