Soba noodle and tuna salad

  • Japanese style soba noodle and tuna salad. It is both very easy to make and very delicious to eat. You can cook this salad in just 10 minutes.
  • Ingredients

    • 300g soba noodles
    • 2 large carrots, sliced use a peeler
    • 2 green peppers, sliced
    • 1 tuna can
    • 1 spring onion, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon seasame oil
    • 1 teaspoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • ½ cup of seaweed, sliced
    • 1 teaspoon seasame seed
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1/3 teaspoon ground pepper

    Cooking Method

    1. Boil the water in a large pot.
    2. Add soba noodles and cook for about 5 mintues.
    3. When noodles are almost cooked, add carrot and green pepper and continue cooking for additional 1 minute.
    4. Drain noodles, carrot and green pepper.
    5. In a large bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix together well.
    6. Now you can serve soba noodle with tuna salad.
