Sweet Soy-Glazed Chicken (ၾကက္သားပဲငံျပာရည္အခ်ိဳႏွပ္)

ကေလးငယ္ေလးေတြရဲ႕ ေန႔လည္စာထမင္းဘူးအတြက္အာဟာရလည္းစံုုလင္ျပီး ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ရတာလည္းအဆင္ေျပေစတဲ့ျပင္ဆင္နည္းေလးပါ။

ပဲငံျပာရည္နဲ႔ ၾကက္သားကိုု မီးဖိုုမွာကင္ျပီး အသီးအရြက္ေတြနဲ႔ ထမင္းဗူးအတြက္ စားျမိန္တဲ့ဟင္းလ်ာတစ္မယ္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အခ်ိန္တိုုတိုုအတြင္းလြယ္လြယ္ကူကူလုုပ္စားႏိုုင္တဲ့

အတြက္အၾကိဳက္ေတြ႕ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ အသီးအရြက္ေတြကိုုလည္း မီးျပင္းတိုုက္ေၾကာ္ျပီးမွ ၾကက္သားကထြက္လာတဲ့အရည္ေလးနဲ႔ ျပန္ျပီးလံုးေပးထားလို႔အရသာထူးျခားပါတယ္။ ခ်က္ၾကည့္လိုုက္ရေအာင္။

ပါ၀င္ပစၥည္းမ်ား

Ingredients

 

အရုုိးမပါၾကက္ေပါင္သား                                                                  ၂ ခုု
Boneless chicken thigh                                                                2
 
ကီကိုုမန္းေဆာ့                                                 (စားပြဲဇြန္း)               ၃ ဇြန္း
Kikoman soy sauce                                                                      3 tbs
 

ဗီနီကာ                                                           (စားပြဲဇြန္း)               ၂ ဇြန္း

Vinegar                                                                                     2 tbs

 

ဆား                                                              (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)    ၄ ပံု ၁ ပံု

Salt                                                                                          one fourth tsp

 

ငရုုတ္ေကာင္းမဲအမွဳန္႔                                        (လက္ဖက္ရည္ဇြန္း)    ၄ ပံု ၁ ပံု

Black pepper powder                                                                  one fourth tsp

 

သံလြင္ဆီ                                                                          (စားပြဲဇြန္း)     ၂ ဇြန္း

Olive oil                                                                                              2 tbs

 

ပန္းပြင့္စိမ္း                                   ၁၀၀ ဂရမ္(လွီးျပီးေရေႏြးဆူူဆူမွာ ၃ မိနစ္ခန္႔ျပဳတ္ထားပါ)

Broccoli                                     100 gm (cut and poached for 3 minutes)

 

မုံလာဥနီ                                     ၁၀၀ ဂရမ္ (လွီးျပီးေရေႏြးဆူဆူမွာ ၃ မိ္နစ္ခန္႔ျပဳတ္ထားပါ)

Carrot                                       100 gm (cut and poached for 3 minutes)

         

ငရုုတ္ပြအရွည္ေတာင့္                                        ၂ ေတာင့္ (ပါးပါးလီွးထားပါ)

Sliced red pepper                                                    2 nos

 

 

၁။ ၾကက္သားကိုု ရွာလကာရည္၊ ဆား၊ ငရုုတ္ေကာင္းတိုု႔ျဖင့္နယ္ႏွပ္ထားပါ။

Marinate the chicken with vinegar, salt and pepper.

 

၂။ ဆီအိုုးအပူေပးျပီး ၾကက္သားတံုုးမ်ားကိုု အရည္ခြံရွိေသာဘက္ေအာက္မွထားျပီး အရည္ခြံမ်ားအညိဳေရာင္သမ္းလာသည္အထိေၾကာ္ေပးပါ။

Heat the oil in fry pan and pan grill the chicken skin side down until brown.

 

၃။ မီးေပ်ာ့ေပ်ာ့ထားျပီး ကီကိုုမန္းေဆာ့မ်ားထည့္ျပီးၾကက္သားတံုုးမ်ားကိုေဆာ့ရည္ႏွင့္လံုုးျပီး ၅ မိနစ္ခန္႔ေမႊေၾကာ္ေၾကာ္ေပးပါ။

Set the medium fire and add soy sauce. Glaze the chicken in soy sauce for 5 minutes.

 

၄။ ေရေႏြးဆူဆူကိုုအသားတုုံးမ်ားတစ္၀က္ျမဳပ္ရံုထည့္ျပီး မီးအလယ္အလတ္ျဖင့္ ေရခန္းသြားသည္

အထိအဖံုုးဖြင့္ျပီးတည္ေပးထားပါ။

Add some hot water to cover the half of chicken pieces and simmer to dry.

 

၅။ ေရခန္းသြားလ်င္ မီးအျပင္းတင္ေပးျပီး ေရေႏြးေဖ်ာထားေသာ အသီးအရြက္မ်ားထည့္ ေၾကာ္ျပီးလ်င္

ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ခ်င္းအျပီးသတ္ကာ ထမင္းဗူးမွာျပင္ဆင္ႏုုိင္ပါျပီ။

Set high heat fire and add poached vegetables and peppers. Stir fry for 2 minutes and finish the cooking.
