Cream of Corn Soup


  • 1 boiled corn (cut in shreds)
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 chopped garlic
  • 1 cup cooking cream (or) milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or) butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • oregano (for decoration)

Cooking Method

  1. Blend corn with blender well and pour into bowl.
  2. Heat oil, fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add flour and stir well.
  4. Add cream milk and let it boil.
  5. Add corn, salt and stir well.
  6. Pour corn soup into the bowl and serve hot.
