Chicken with fruit salad


  • 1 boneles, skinless chincken breasts (400 g)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 cup grapes, rinsed, drained and cut in half
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced


  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup of almonds (or) peanut, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teasppon pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine salt, curry powder, parika and coriander powder. Rub the mixture into the chicken breats and set aside.
  2. For the dressing: whisk together yogurt, almonds, sugar, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate while preparing the chicken.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the chicken until cooked through.
  4. Then slice into strips.
  5. On a plate, arrage lettue, cucumber, grape and top of the grilled chicken breast slices.
  6. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
